SHAPE & FORM
Please write the following Shape Terms in your sketchbook
Shape - Two-dimensional areas created by an enclosed line that consists only of height and width
Geometric - Uniform, named shapes that are mathematically precise like a square, triangle, circle, etc. These are often man-made shapes.
Organic - Free form, irregular shapes that are unable to be named. These shapes are often found in nature.
Form - A three-dimensional shape that has height, width, and depth. It can also refer to the illusion of three-dimensions on a flat surface.
